The melodies of Drifting Sun greatly appeal to me. This album wastes no time casting it’s pleasant spell on me via the cascading keys in The Charade. Throughout the album, drums, guitars, keys, and vocals are smooth, strong, and expressive; a lively blend of bright prog rock. Bombastic and spirited flourishes abound amid dreamy, melodic structures. The use of secondary voices in support of the lead vocalist is well done, giving his sentiments heavier credence. Very dramatic! 8+/10.

When you like your prog to be more beautiful and/or accessible than prog-proggy, than this is for you! Melodic as hell and yes, Peter Falconer is quite a singer! That wouldn't go half the way without the solid songs of Pat Sanders. A great combination of skills ;-)

Good gracious! How could I let this eclectic masterpiece almost drown in my wishlist? The base may be jazz, but it's stylistically all over the place - in the best possible way.! Maestro Hadzimanov and his crew paint a very colorful set of pictures here, great! And it's coming with a homage to Mr MoonJune, the formidable Leonardo Pavcovic! Double hooray for Bandcamp! The first one in general, for hosting all this great music and the second one for this Friday's wonderful Covid-19 campaign!
